Returns & Exchanges
We understand purchasing a hair topper is a considerable investment, both emotionally and financially. Which is why we encourage those that can, to visit our studio showroom to view and try on our range. For those purchasing online, we ask that you reach out to us via phone or email if you need help selecting a piece. Please choose carefully, as an item purchased and worn cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, as per the Australian Hygiene Legislation. An online purchase can be returned if it is unworn, in original condition and unopened packaging, with all tags attached. We ask that you contact us within seven days of receiving the unworn piece to advise us of your intention to return. Shipping fees are covered by the customer and a store credit will be issued upon inspection of the piece.

DOMESTIC:
We offer free express delivery for domestic purchases within Australia. Love Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Once an order is sent, you will be sent a tracking number for your order.

INTERNATIONAL:
Purchases outside of Australia sent using the Australia Post International Parcel Service. Love Hair is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur on International orders. All parcels are sent with tracking and signature on delivery.

Custom Orders
When visiting our studio showroom it may be decided that a piece needs to be custom ordered for you. This may be the case if there is a colour or length that we do not currently have in stock. In this instance we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the balance due upon collection. A custom order cannot be returned or exchanged.
